A document listing the names of 20 Serbian paramilitaries was found in November 1999 at the home of Sabit Krasniqi in Kishnica, near Pristina.
According to testimony from various sources, this group had set up a paramilitary operations headquarters, from which attacks on Albanian civilians in different parts of Kosovo were launched.
