RENEA forces have surrounded the area where 35-year-old Refit Buzi, the suspected perpetrator of the serious incident in the village of Vidhisht in Roskovec, is believed to be hiding.

Buzi killed his former father-in-law, Kosta Plaka, with a shotgun, wounded his former mother-in-law Belere Plaka, and then forcibly took his ex-partner Rozalinda Plaka, leaving the scene along with the weapon used to commit the serious crime.
Police have launched a wide-scale operation to capture him, while RENEA special forces are engaged in locating and arresting the suspected perpetrator.
According to information, the 35-year-old had previous conflicts with his ex-wife’s family and there had been reports of threats against him.
