30-Day Detention for Couple Suspected in Connection with the Murder of Aco Trpovski

The Criminal Court has ordered 30 days of detention for the spouses whom the Prosecutor’s Office suspects of murder and aiding in the murder of doctor Aco Trpovski. The incident occurred two years ago in Skopje’s Autokomanda neighbourhood.

According to the Criminal Court’s explanation, the Prosecutor’s Office’s request for detention was accepted due to the possibility that the suspects could flee, as well as the risk that they could influence witnesses.
