This Monday, during a live appearance on Euronews Albania, well-known meteorologist Lajda Porja shared details about the weather trend for the coming days.
She said that temperatures will be in line with the month of July.

According to her forecast, on Monday the thermometer will reach up to 33°C, while on Tuesday and Wednesday a slight rise is expected, to around 34°C.
Porja underlined that during these three days there will be rain showers in mountainous areas such as Bajram Curri, Puka, Bulqiza, Peshkopia, Librazhdi, Elbasani and Korça County.
Starting from Thursday, according to her, hot African air masses will return once again to Albania and across the Balkan region. This period of extreme heat is expected to last at least 5 to 6 days.
She also added that during the weekend temperatures will gradually rise day by day and may reach as high as 39°C or 40°C. According to her, from July 9 onward, the highest values of this month will be recorded.
