The Student Parliament of the South East European University (UEJL) has again addressed the Ministry of Justice, requesting that the Jurisprudence Exam and other professional exams can be held in the Albanian language as well.

The official request was submitted today to the new Minister of Justice. The students hope that he will place this issue on the list of priorities and take concrete actions to address it.
“On behalf of the Student Parliament of South East European University, today I submitted to the new Minister of Justice the request that the Jurisprudence Exam and other professional exams be held in Albanian. We believe that, after taking on the new responsibility, the minister will give this issue the necessary attention and will take concrete steps towards a just solution,” reads the students’ statement.
According to the Student Parliament, their demand has remained the same since the beginning: creating equal conditions for all students and guaranteeing full respect of language rights.
“This is not about politics. It is about equality, the implementation of the law, and above all, the respect for students’ rights,” the announcement emphasizes.
