Lawyer Gentian Sejrani: The six protesters taken in are being held at Police Station No. 1 without charges and without access to lawyers

Lawyer Gentian Sejrani has announced that the six people taken in during the protest are currently at Police Station No. 1 in Tirana.

According to Sejrani, no charges have been brought against them so far, as no legal violation appears to have been established.

He also emphasizes that defense lawyers have not been allowed to contact or meet with the individuals who were taken in.

For his part, Sejrani says the situation is related to the restriction of lawyers’ access to the police station, while regarding the procedures followed against those taken in, the matter remains unclear.
