An audio recording published this evening sheds light on how Roni Yeffet instructs his associates and intervenes in institutional matters.

The material, broadcast on the ‘Çim Peka LIVE’ program on SYRI TV, contains a conversation between Yeffet and two interlocutors, one Russian and one Ukrainian. In the recording, he asks them to travel to Vlora, inspect the Delvina Gas fields and present themselves as representatives of an American company.
“Go to Vlora and carry out the checks. You will say that you represent an American company,” he is heard saying in the audio recording.
The recording is part of a file lasting more than three hours, made in January 2026. In it, Roni Yeffet, described as Edi Rama’s Israeli, discusses how Albania’s assets could be sold.

Tatiana says they intend to draft an official letter to the Ministry of Energy in order to obtain data on the gas in Vlora.
Roni Yeffet rejects the idea and asks that no official document be sent. He instructs them to go directly to Vlora to see everything necessary, while saying that he will handle the matter with the institutions himself. According to him, the information is being requested for them, not for the ministry.
Tatiana responds that the data obtained from a single field visit would not be sufficient and that a physical inspection would not provide the company with a complete picture.
Yeffet tells her to rely on him for contacts with the Ministry of Energy, adding that they will go there and discuss every issue. At the same time, he asks her: “Don’t use my name.”
He later repeats that in Vlora they must present themselves as representatives of an American company. According to his instructions, they must check and ask about every detail, as the institutions will cooperate.
Yeffet also asks that the person mentioned in the conversation arrive on Monday and stay in Albania so that they can go to the Ministry of Energy once, twice or three times.
Tatiana says she can come on Wednesday, but Yeffet insists that the trip be made on Monday and that she stay until the process is completed. He argues that no work is done here on Wednesday and Friday and that such a plan would not be efficient.
Yeffet then emphasizes that the person must stay until the end, as his goal is for the procedure to be completed and for the agreements to be initiated and finalized.
Tatiana explains that she will travel from Johannesburg and will be in Albania on Monday, while Yeffet repeats that she must not leave before the weekend.
