The Speaker of the Parliament of North Macedonia, Afrim Gashi, conveyed his congratulations to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the start of the new term of Kosovo’s government.

Gashi announced that on the first working day of the new executive, he held a telephone conversation with Kurti, during which he wished success to the Kurti 4 government.
“I hope this term will bring good results for the citizens of Kosovo, strengthen institutions and democratic values, and take new steps toward development and European integration,” Gashi wrote.
According to him, the conversation confirmed the shared will to continue cooperation between North Macedonia and Kosovo. Gashi underscored the fraternal ties, good-neighborly relations and shared interests between the two countries.
“A new page for Kosovo, a continuation for our friendship,” Gashi declared, emphasizing that institutional cooperation between the two states constitutes a guarantee of a stronger and shared future on the European path.
