VIDEO/ Tensions Outside Parliament as Protesters Remove Metal Barrier

The first tensions have erupted at the protest being held outside Parliament. Protesters removed the police-installed metal barrier on the side near the Toptani shopping center and moved closer to the institution.

Police have blocked the roads around Parliament on all sides. A metal barrier has also been placed at the intersection with Elbasan Street.
