Family members said his 12-year-old granddaughter was also killed in the accident.
Peja Hospital reported that, in addition to the victims, it had admitted four people injured in the same incident.
One of them, a child with multiple traumatic injuries, an intracranial hemorrhage and a fractured femur, was intubated and transferred to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo for further treatment under the care of the Anesthesiology team.
Meanwhile, a female patient with a fractured femur was admitted to the Orthopedics Department. The other two patients, who had sustained minor bodily injuries, were discharged for outpatient treatment after undergoing examinations and receiving the necessary medical care.
