Participants said they were convinced that their movement would not stop until Prime Minister Edi Rama left office.
During the march, demonstrators continued chanting “Your end has come” and “Albania is making a revolution.”
At one point during the march, citizens stopped near the area known as the “Security Block” on Mine Peza Street, where they demanded the release of a protester who had been detained by police.
Meanwhile, another protest has been announced for October 13, this time organized by students, and it will be held at 2:00 p.m. in front of the Ministry of Education building.
