Talks held in Doha on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States, aimed at ending the war in the Middle East, have concluded, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi announced.
According to Iran’s state news agency IRNA, the parties agreed to establish a dedicated communication channel, which is expected to become operational by tomorrow. This mechanism will serve for the reporting, documentation and immediate assessment of possible violations of the memorandum, with the aim of ensuring the most effective implementation of the agreements.

Gharibabadi also said that an understanding had been reached on the phased release of part of the Iranian funds, about $6 billion, which remain blocked abroad. According to the Iranian side, these financial resources will be used only for the purchase of goods and products that cover the country’s basic needs.
These developments are seen as significant, as they could help increase trust between the two sides and preserve the fragile agreement to reduce tensions in the Middle East. However, up to this point, there has been no official reaction from the American side regarding the statements made by the Iranian official.
