Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared footage on social media from the Bënja Thermal Baths in Përmet, where a celebration took place the night before.
Rama’s reaction comes after media reports and concerns raised by tourists, who at the height of the tourist season had found the pools empty.

In the post accompanying the video, the head of government writes that until yesterday at the Bënja Thermal Baths, the situation was such that there was no room either to walk or to sit.
Rama further calls on citizens to visit Bënja and #Përmet every weekend.
“The Bënja Baths last night, with the energy of the celebration that lit up this oasis of nature and tourism, where until yesterday we were complaining, rightly, that there was nowhere to walk and nowhere to sit.
Today the celebration continues, so come to Bënja and come to #Përmet every weekend, because every weekend will make you want to return again,” Rama wrote on social media.
