Rama insulted protesters by telling them “F*ck you,” Shehaj reacts: The end of a prime minister is when he insults his own people

The chairman of the Mundësia Party, Agron Shehaj, has reacted following Prime Minister Edi Rama’s interview with the British newspaper Financial Times.

Shehaj reacted on social media, saying: “The end of a prime minister is when he says ‘F*ck You’ to his own people.”

Shehaj was referring to Rama’s unprecedented statement against the protesters.

“People say that I am behind all of this. I tell them: ‘F*ck You’. It’s that simple. It is not up to me to prove that I am not the Godfather, but for them to prove that I am,” the Prime Minister declared in today’s interview with the Financial Times.

Since the beginning of the citizens’ protest, Shehaj has called on Edi Rama to resign as prime minister.
