Over an Hour of Discussions as Meeting Between Kurti and Abdixhiku Continues

The meeting between acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, has lasted more than an hour and is still continuing on the premises of the Kosovo Assembly.

The talks are part of efforts to overcome the political deadlock and establish the new institutions resulting from the June 7 elections.

In addition to Kurti and Abdixhiku, other representatives from both sides are also attending the meeting. VV is represented by Hekuran Murati, while Vjosa Osmani and Lutfi Haziri are attending on behalf of the LDK.

So far, the participants have not spoken to the media, leaving it unclear whether the parties have reached any agreement.
