The Kosovo Correctional Service (KCS) announced in a Facebook post that it had prevented contraband from being brought into the Dubrava Correctional Center.
During routine security checks at the institution, correctional officers discovered a suspicious package inside the prison perimeter. Initial suspicions indicated that it had been thrown from outside.

KCS said that after the suspected narcotic substance was inspected and weighed, it had a total weight of 87 grams, including the wrapping material.
The Kosovo Police were informed about the case and will proceed with further handling of the matter.
