This Wednesday, the Korçë Court imposed the security measure of “Arrest in prison” on Kristjan Sterjo, the 20-year-old accused of killing Joan Zuko with a firearm.

Sterjo appeared in court today under heightened security measures, where the hearing to determine the security measure was held.
The 20-year-old is accused of the criminal offense of “Premeditated murder,” as well as “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition.”
Following the court’s decision, Kristjan Sterjo will remain in prison as investigative and judicial proceedings continue over the serious incident.
