A serious road accident in the early hours of this Thursday morning in Glyfada, Athens, claimed the lives of three young people from Fier who were living in the Greek capital.

There were five people in the vehicle. Two of them were injured and are in serious condition.
The incident occurred on the coastal road near Glyfada. According to preliminary information, the car was traveling towards Piraeus when it suddenly left the road at the intersection of Poseidonos Avenue and Kalypsous Street.
The vehicle then crashed at high speed into the wall of a hotel, resulting in tragic consequences.
Three young people lost their lives as a result of the crash, while the two injured were taken for medical treatment and are in serious condition.
Greek authorities have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the accident and the reasons that led to the loss of control of the vehicle.
