Crisis Management Center reports 30 fires across the country: 6 remain active and 5 under control

The Crisis Management Center reported that, as of 7:30 a.m., a total of 30 fires in open areas had been recorded across the country. Of these, 19 have been extinguished, 6 remain active and 5 are under control.

The active fires were recorded in Gjorče Petrov, Makedonski Brod, Čučer-Sandevo, Kičevo and Novo Selo. According to the Crisis Management Center, they mainly involve forest areas and land covered with low vegetation.

Fires under control have also been reported in Struga, Saraj, Kratovo and Delčevo, including fires at landfills. Teams in the field continue to monitor the situation.
