During the 95th protest, one of the activists spoke about the events of the previous night’s action, when the entrances to the Prime Minister’s Office were blocked while Edi Rama was inside the building.

He described the previous night as one of the protest’s finest moments and said that “the rat was caught in its own trap.” According to him, citizens sent the prime minister the message that he could no longer move freely along his usual routes because he “is bargaining away our land.” The activist claimed that Rama left secretly from the Pyramid side in a vehicle belonging to the Republican Guard. He added that police arrested 14 protesters who resisted and that the motorcade was able to leave only after the crowd moved to support those who had been arrested.
The activist also attacked critics of the opposition’s action, calling them “delusional lackeys of the government.” According to him, these individuals are trying by every means possible to undermine the movement seeking to free the homeland from the clutches of the mafia. He said that the people had shown great dignity and described the citizens who continue to remain in the square as heroes.
He then called for the protest to be escalated through civil disobedience and warned that the entire country would be brought to a standstill. “Therefore, let us come together in civil disobedience. There will be even more of us, and we will block all the country’s arteries because they have blocked our lives! When our homeland is liberated, we will end the civil disobedience,” the activist said.
At the end of his remarks, he addressed the prime minister directly, warning that a confrontation could not be avoided. “Rama should get ready because we have said it peacefully, but their mockery will boomerang on them. They will be confronted with their own vile acts!” he declared.
