Citizens gathered an hour before the start of the parliamentary session to await the MPs who would be entering the building.

They brought eggs stamped with the name of Edi Rama and other MPs, as well as cowbells, to symbolically indicate that the lawmakers act on the prime minister’s orders.
“Rama’s sheep,” they chanted in unison.
At one moment they also rang the cowbells while addressing the MPs as “Rama’s sheep”.
Furthermore, the citizens declared that although there are 140 lawmakers in Parliament, in their view all of them are “illiterate.”
“140 MPs, all illiterate,” they stated.
