The agenda includes three main items.
The first item concerns the opening of the proceedings of the Third Session of the Eleventh Legislature of the Albanian Parliament, in accordance with Article 74, point 1, of the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of Parliament.
The deputies will then review and approve the minutes of the last plenary session, which was held on July 27, 2026.
