The Municipality of Kumanovo has announced that the second phase of aerial spraying against adult mosquitoes will take place on Wednesday, August 5, starting at 05:00.

The treatment will cover a total of 1,270 hectares. It will include the courses of the Kumanovka, Lipkovka and Kojnarka rivers, the Babin Dol, Goce Delchev and Tode Mendol local communities, the city center, as well as the area around the treatment plant operated by the public enterprise “Water Supply” in the village of Dobrashan.
According to the municipal authorities, Aqua Perm-X 30-30 will be used during the operation. The municipality is asking beekeepers to take the necessary measures to protect bee colonies during the treatment. If weather conditions prevent the spraying from being carried out at the scheduled time, it will be postponed until the following day, as soon as conditions are suitable.
