A significant fire broke out on Friday in the village of Pilur, Himara Municipality. As soon as the alarm was raised, firefighting teams from Himara immediately went to the scene to bring the flames under control.

At the same time, another fire hotspot remains active in Llogara National Park. For hours, fire service personnel, the Armed Forces, and other units have been carrying out an intensive operation to isolate the fire.
Efforts to extinguish the flames continue as authorities monitor the terrain to prevent any risk of the fire advancing towards residential areas.
