Call for increased safety in mines, Sula demands more inspections

During a meeting held in Peshkopi with representatives of the inspectorates of Dibra, Chief Inspector Dashnor Sula expressed concern about the high number of lives lost in the mining sector. He emphasized that the harsh conditions in underground galleries require a greater commitment from the Labor Inspectorate, through frequent checks to prevent tragedies.

Responding to journalists’ interest regarding the national protest that has been ongoing for 45 days in the capital, Sula described it as a manifestation of a functioning democracy, especially since it has passed without any clashes.
