During the session of the Committee for Citizen Initiatives, Cooperation and Institutional Oversight, MP Ivi Kaso requested that the Special Prosecution (SPAK) publish the names of senior officials who, according to him, met with members of criminal groups on the island of Aruba.
In response, the head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, stressed that the file in question is currently under review and cannot be neglected. He assured that after the completion of investigations, the institution will provide detailed transparency on the matter.

“The case is in the investigation phase. SPAK cannot have a piece of evidence in a file and leave it dormant, without investigating it. When the investigations are completed, we will provide transparency. We do not engage in political debates from either side,” declared Braho, responding to MP Kaso’s question, who also mentioned the detail that the meetings may have occurred in January, with or without the prime minister’s permission.
