VMRO-DPMNE MP Brane Petrushevski called on Filipche to submit all the information in his possession to the Public Prosecutor’s Office so that the relevant institutions can verify the case. According to the party, the matter concerns former Defence Minister and current SDSM MP Slavjanka Petrovska.
Filipche raised the issue on October 1. He stated that Petrovska had signed a contract for the purchase of helicopters even though, according to him, the commission had previously made a different decision and the agreement was €37 million more expensive.
VMRO-DPMNE believes the allegations should be examined by the justice authorities and not remain part of the political debate. The party asked Filipche when he had been informed about the case and why he had chosen to make it public precisely now.
“Filipche, as someone who seeks integration into the European Union at any cost and calls for a European prosecution service, should assist the competent institutions and, first of all, the Public Prosecutor’s Office by submitting all the information available,” Petrushevski said.
