In a live interview with Euronews, well-known meteorologist Hakil Osmani presented the forecast for the coming days. He said that although it is autumn, the week will bring high temperatures and long periods of sunshine.

Mornings will be mostly cool. Wednesday and Thursday are expected to be mostly clear, with high temperatures, while clouds will become more frequent in the second half of the week.
Osmani said the weather will remain stable this week, with long sunny spells, especially in the morning and around midday along the coast and in lowland cities. In mountain areas, light cloud cover may pass through occasionally in the afternoon.
Clear skies will prevail through Wednesday and Thursday, after which clouds will become somewhat more frequent. Over the weekend, particularly on Sunday, a few raindrops may fall in isolated areas in the east. Stable weather will continue across the rest of the country.
Sunshine will bring higher temperatures around midday. Through Wednesday, highs are expected to reach 30 or 31 °C in lowland cities and across most of the coast, while mountain areas will see around 23 or 24 °C.
From Thursday, temperatures will gradually begin to fall, with highs forecast to drop to around 27 or 28 °C. However, they will remain about 3 degrees above normal for early October.
This morning, minimum temperatures in mountain cities were recorded at 8 °C. They ranged from 12 °C in the western lowlands, while along the coast they were around 15–16 °C.
From Tuesday through Thursday morning, a slight gradual rise is expected: lows will be around 10 °C in mountain areas and between 14 and 17 °C in the western lowlands and along the coast, Osmani said.
