Referring to developments surrounding the establishment of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Ramiz Lladrovci said that the Constitutional Court must issue fair decisions against anyone who violates the Constitution, regardless of whether the act was committed intentionally or not.

Lladrovci called on the court to serve as the institution responsible for imposing punitive measures on lawmakers who fail to respect the Constitution.
According to him, anyone who violates the highest legal act must face the maximum penalty and withdraw from political and public life.
He said that the interests of the state of the Republic of Kosovo must take precedence over every political entity, as well as over the ego of any lawmaker or official.
