In a public statement, he said: “For the sake of many people, I am surrendering.”
“Vezir is surrendering for the sake of many others who are more righteous and better than these others. I intend to surrender, and for the sake of the public, 70% of whom want me to surrender, I have therefore made the decision—I will surrender,” Haziraj stated.
