University and high school students “take over” Tirana, young protesters smash Infrastructure Ministry windows

Protesters stopped outside the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and smashed the building’s windows, as tensions remain high in the capital.

The protest has been accompanied by a boycott of classes at several high schools and universities in Tirana.

University and high school students have left lecture halls and classrooms to join the rally, while marches continue in several areas of the capital.
