According to reports, supply problems have been confirmed in more than 50 regions, while in some areas fuel rationing has also been introduced. In certain cases, local authorities have declared a state of alert to deal with the crisis.

In the main urban centers, including Moscow, long lines have formed at fuel stations. Citizens speak of waits lasting for hours and restrictions on the amount they can buy. Some regions have also banned the use of jerry cans, with the aim of preventing the stockpiling of gasoline.

According to experts, the main reason is linked to the damage caused to refineries by the Ukrainian attacks, which has led to a significant drop in domestic fuel production. On the other hand, Russian authorities insist that supply remains under control and that steps are being taken to stabilize the market.

Despite these claims, the situation is increasing social tension and anxiety among citizens, while fears of even greater shortages continue to spread across the country.
