A man from the village of Tearcë has been detained by police on suspicion of causing a fire that broke out in a field along the regional road Tetovo–Jazhincë, in the territory of this village.
According to the announcement, on 25.06.2026 at 12:00, it was reported to the Tearcë Police Department that a fire had broken out, burning dry grass. The flames were fully brought under control by a team from the Territorial Firefighting Unit in Tetovo.

Following actions taken by police officers, it was determined that the fire was caused by G.C. (55) from the village of Tearcë.
He was deprived of his liberty on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “causing general danger.” He was held at the police station, and after the case is fully documented, the appropriate charges will be filed against him.
