The Ministry of Defense has released official data on the wildfire situation across the country. As of 14:00, 10 fires had been identified, five of which remain active, while another four are being monitored.

A total of 21 fire engines and 153 operational personnel have been deployed to tackle the situation. Operations are also being supported by 125 Armed Forces personnel and two Air Force helicopters.
The situation in the Dajti area continues to be closely monitored. The fire in Cikallesh, Kavajë municipality, has been fully extinguished and is now being monitored. In Priskë e Madhe, four fire engines, 15 fire service personnel and an Air Force helicopter are involved in the operation, while residential areas are not at risk.
In Mallakastër, the fires in Riban–Ngraçan–Panahor–Çyçen have been fully extinguished and are currently being monitored. The fire in Drenie, Patos municipality, has also been brought fully under control, and monitoring of the situation is continuing.
In Abaze, Krujë, the fire remains active but does not threaten residential areas. Meanwhile, the flames in Krastë have intensified and spread through a forested area. Local forces, 50 Armed Forces personnel and an Air Force helicopter have been deployed in the operation. Homes are not at risk in this area either.
The intervention by local forces, together with 35 Armed Forces personnel, made it possible to fully extinguish the fire in Vilëz, Kurbin municipality, at 13:00.
Active fires have also been reported on Mount Nemëçka, in Përmet municipality, and in Goraj–Budishë, Malësi e Madhe municipality. Both fires are at high altitudes and in terrain where intervention is difficult, but they pose no risk to residential areas.
Operations are continuing at all fires that remain active and, so far, no direct threat to residential areas has been reported. The National Civil Protection Agency and civil protection system structures continue to monitor and coordinate efforts across the country.
