The Serbian Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (TOK) has opened two cases based on criminal complaints filed by lawyer Ivan Ninić. They concern suspicions of criminal offenses against electoral rights.
To verify the allegations, TOK turned to the Service for Combating Organized Crime (SBPOK), which operates under the Serbian Ministry of the Interior, asking it to collect data and question the persons named in the complaints.

According to RTS (Radio Television of Serbia), the first case focuses on the director of the Security and Information Agency (BIA), Vladimir Orlić, and several agency employees. The suspicions against them involve abuse of office, violations of the right to vote and coercion.
The prosecution said that on November 4, 2026, it asked SBPOK to obtain the information necessary to examine the allegations in the complaint and to take statements from the persons involved.
The second complaint names Justice Minister Nenad Vujić, the director of the Administration for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions, Mile Jandrić, the minister’s special adviser, Milica Radonjić, and more than 60 other people identified by name.
The list of those named includes officials and employees of correctional institutions and district prisons. It also includes unidentified individuals described as senior officials, representatives and activists of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).
The suspicions in this case include organizing a group to commit criminal offenses, abuse of office, exerting unlawful influence, giving and receiving bribes in connection with voting, the unauthorized collection of personal data, dereliction of duty, as well as racial discrimination and other forms of discrimination.
Regarding the second complaint as well, on November 4 TOK asked SBPOK to carry out the necessary police actions, obtain information from the persons named in the complaint and question other people who may have knowledge of the events described.
According to TOK, both cases were opened pursuant to the general binding instruction of Serbia’s Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, dated October 20, 2026. The instruction sets out how prosecutors should act in cases involving violations of electoral rights.
