Maintenance crews have been deployed to address the aftermath of the heavy rainfall and storm that swept across Kosovo.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport said that strong winds toppled trees and damaged several vehicles on regional road R115 at the entrance to Shtërpcë.
According to the ministry’s statement, crews responded immediately, removing the trees and clearing the road section. The road has now reopened and traffic is flowing normally.
The ministry also said that crews remain on standby and are coordinating with the relevant institutions to manage the situation caused by the storm.
Authorities urged citizens to exercise extra caution in traffic, avoid unnecessary travel during storms or heavy rainfall, and adjust their speed to the weather conditions.
