The new document fulfills an obligation arising from the legal framework in force and sets technical and organizational rules for the processing of personal data of MAPL employees, he emphasized.
Krasniqi stated that with this action, the Ministry reaffirms its commitment to implementing legal obligations, protecting data, increasing information security, institutional transparency, and respecting the privacy of officials and citizens.
The full text of the regulation has now been made public on the official website of the Ministry of Local Government Administration, the minister informed.
