Peleshi met with protest by citizens, flour thrown at his car, slogans also aimed at PD MPs: Thief, bought opposition

This Thursday, Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi was met with protests by a group of citizens outside the Parliament building as he arrived for the plenary session.

The protesters chanted slogans against him and the majority, while some of them threw flour on his vehicle.

Among the chants heard during the protest were also slogans against the political class as a whole, including opposition MPs, who were accused of being a “bought opposition.”
