MP Marjana Koçeku, speaking live from the national protest outside the Prime Minister’s Office, which was taking place on its 49th day, said on the programme “Review” with Greta Topjana that she considers herself an independent MP and stands in support of the protesters.
Asked by journalist Topjana whether she would take part in the protest scheduled for July 23 outside Parliament, Koçeku said she would support it. According to her, citizens have every right to protest, while Parliament is an institution that belongs to them more than to anyone else.

“I am an independent MP. As I have said, I support the protest. I believe it is important for everyone to hear this protest; it has much more to say and speak about than I and many others can say, and I support it and will continue to support it until the end. Support has not been lacking.
I will support the protest on July 23. It is the citizens’ right, and Parliament is an institution that belongs to citizens more than anyone else. Therefore, it has my full support,” Koçeku said.
