According to him, the remarks of Ivica Dačić and the presence of Milan Radoičić on the Serbian political scene are not coincidental, but reflect Belgrade’s hidden intentions toward our country.

Kuçi also criticizes the West, which, according to him, by behaving tolerantly toward Belgrade without demanding accountability, is paving the way for impunity, extremism, and instability in the Balkans.

THE ELECTION CAMPAIGN IS AGITATING THE ATMOSPHERE OF POLITICAL HOSTILITY AND IS REVEALING SERBIA’S INTENTIONS AGAINST KOSOVO

During the electoral race in Serbia, Kosovo has entered the center of the speeches of parties originating from the lineage of Slobodan Milošević. These campaigns are lifting the veil on the dreams of a “Greater Serbia”, now called the “Serbian World”.

Dačić’s statements bring to light the project of returning Kosovo under Serbian control, with the flag expected to wave again in Prizren. On the other hand, Milan Radoičić, known as the chief terrorist, walks unwaveringly through political rallies, paving the way for the return of Vučić’s regime to power.

This situation proves how wrong the policy of some Western governments is, which, in an effort to draw Serbia away from the Russian orbit and bring it closer to the West, turn a blind eye to its criminality and aggression toward neighboring countries. Such an approach undermines the credibility of the very values the West preaches. This behavior nourishes the feeling of impunity, which later fuels extremism, and the latter brings great disturbances.

One need only imagine what would happen if the citizens of Kosovo heard such words from their own politicians – sanctions and threats from the EU would come immediately.

National-chauvinist calls must not be allowed to become part of the daily political discourse, as this leads to dangerous and unsettling situations for the future. Simply put, a broad mass following the orders of Vučić’s gang could turn into kamikazes.

The policy of restraint toward Belgrade, while it continues without demanding clear institutional accountability, only reinforces this dangerous climate.
