Before moving on to the agenda items, Ivica Ceniq of the Serb List took the oath, taking the seat of former MP Zlatan Elek. During the process, Haxhiu asked him to say the words “I swear” and then instructed him to sign the oath declaration and hand it to the MPs’ service.

Alongside the usual agenda items, statements outside the agenda and parliamentary questions, the agenda includes a second-reading review of the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism. It also provides for the selection of two (2) non-executive members of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo.

Another issue to be considered is the establishment of an Ad Hoc Committee to select candidates for the Board of Radio Television of Kosovo: two (2) members from the Albanian community, one (1) from the Serbian community and one (1) from non-majority communities.

The proposal by the Serb List Parliamentary Group concerning the appointment of MPs to parliamentary committees will also be considered.
