According to him, Vlora Hyseni may have anticipated how the situation would develop and had gone to his office to ask for permission to leave by resigning. “The information we have gathered in recent days says that she herself expected something like this to happen and, with at least a measure of dignity, went to his office to ask to resign, meaning to be allowed to step down through resignation. As far as we understand, this was not accepted. It is said that she went to submit her resignation and he told her: ‘Do not resign.’ I do not know how true this is, but this is information circulating these days.
