The judicial panel rejected the prosecution’s requests, which had sought the security measure of “obligation to appear” and a ban on entering the territories of police stations 1, 2, and 3.
After assessing the detention procedure as illegal, the court ordered the immediate release of all those arrested, without imposing any restrictive measures.
Once the administrative procedures were completed, the protesters emerged from Police Station No. 3 in Tirana. Outside the precinct perimeter, dozens of citizens and supporters were waiting, greeting them with ovations, shouts, and cheers.
