The Crisis Management Center (CMC) announces that by 18:00 today, a total of 19 fires in open spaces have been recorded across the country’s territory.

The situation report shows that 10 fire spots remain active, while one fire has been brought under control and 8 others have been completely extinguished by the relevant services.
The forces on the ground have also managed to stabilize a larger-scale fire that had spread in the area between the municipalities of Makedonski Brod and Sopishte.
The CMC calls on citizens to exercise increased vigilance, to strictly observe the ban on movement in forests, and not to light fires in open environments, in order to avoid further material damage and endangerment of human lives. /Telegrafi/
