Kleviol Ahmeti, known as “Cllevio,” testified at the Special Court, speaking about his relationship with Laert Haxhiu, his conflict with rapper Rigels Rajku, Noizy, as well as the explosive attack on the latter’s venue. He denied any connection with the other defendants and clarified that his acquaintance with Haxhiu is linked only to the fact that they were neighbors.
According to him, he has known Laert Haxhiu for a long time, since they both live in Lushnjë and their homes are no more than 150 meters apart. Ahmeti said they grew up together, their families know each other, and in 2007 they even played football together. He added that when he first knew Haxhiu, the latter was unemployed, while stressing that in recent years he has not met him again.

In his testimony, Cllevio explained that he came from the United States in 2013, while in 2014 he ended up in prison. He said he was released in 2020 and that since then he has had no further meetings with Laert Haxhiu. According to him, he served his sentence in 313, 302, Fier and Durrës, while underlining that he had neither phone calls nor any other kind of contact with him.
Regarding Rigels Rajku, Ahmeti said he knows him in an artistic sense. He said Rajku is a well-known musician, while describing himself as an unknown musician. According to him, Noizy insulted Viktor Paloka, known as Unikatili, in order to gain fame, at a time when he himself was in America. After 15-20 years, Ahmeti said, he also responded through music by insulting Noizy.
Cllevio stated that he writes song lyrics and that, after leaving prison in 2020, he aimed to become famous. For that reason, according to him, he started an artistic clash with “disses,” which brought him fame and which he was enjoying.
He went on to say that at one point he decided to put an end to this clash and went to Durrës to apologize to Noizy. According to his testimony, that day he was accompanied by others and, as soon as he arrived at the “Zins” venue in Currila, he parked the car and told the people with him not to get out. When he approached the venue, he said, Rigels Rajku, son of Bashkimi, came out together with 12 other people, who attacked him.
Ahmeti said that during the violence they stepped on his head and that as a result he suffered blood clots in his head. He said he then went to the hospital, received treatment and was arrested, since he was under house arrest, and ended up back in prison.
According to him, before going to the venue, he had notified them that he was going there and had also started an Instagram Live, where he said he was heading to Durrës to see Noizy. Cllevio said that as soon as he entered the venue, he saw a guard and asked him to call Noizy. He added that Rajku arrived within 24 seconds together with his OTR group. According to Ahmeti, he did not know the people accompanying Noizy. The moment Noizy arrived, Ahmeti said he took off his glasses as a sign of respect, but at that very moment he was punched and then attacked by 6-8 people.
In the conflict, according to him, his two friends also became involved, and one of them had his teeth broken. He said that he himself suffered injuries to the head and ribs. Regarding this episode, he said he gave statements while he was at IEVP Fier. Ahmeti added that during that period only his mother was in Albania, while the rest of the family was in America. According to him, the incident is documented by video footage showing the moment he is hit. He stressed that he had not thought of taking revenge on Noizy.
Speaking about the TNT blast at Rigels Rajku’s venue, Cllevio said he was informed about the incident by fellow inmates. He said that when he returned to the sector, he learned that the explosion had happened several days earlier. Afterwards, according to him, a police officer in Durrës called him in and told him that an investigation was being conducted into the planting of the explosives.
Ahmeti said he had explained to investigators that he did not know who had planted the explosive, because at that time he was in prison. He added that he had thought to himself about who might have carried it out and that his personal suspicion fell on a person known as “BABA.” He also said that he had not heard any suggestion that Laerti had been involved in this incident, that he does not know Marjus Tahani at all, and that he and Rigels have not reconciled.
