During the protest against the government, one of the participants leveled serious accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama and demanded that he step down.

In a speech delivered before the protesters, the citizen claimed that Rama had harmed the country and also compared him to historical figures.
“Rama is worse than even Esat Pasha Toptani; he is worse than Hamza as well. Surrender, Rama,” he declared.
The participant in the rally also voiced political accusations against the government, claiming that there is an effort to change Albania’s identity.
“They want to create a second Israel in Europe,” the citizen said, without providing evidence to support this claim.
He called for decisions on political issues to be left to the will of the citizens, while also calling for the unification of Albania.
“The police should hand Rama over to us and let the people put him on trial. We want a united, indivisible Albania, the one Skanderbeg and Ismail Qemali left us,” the protester said.
