One of the main items on the agenda is the review of the draft regulation defining the recruitment processes for civil servants, a proposal submitted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Also, the executive will have on the table a draft decision paving the way for a long-term permission. This is a 15-year permit for the extraction and exploitation of limestone, at the request of the Kosovo Forestry Agency, subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development. This proposal is processed by the Prime Minister’s Office.
Another item includes a draft decision to transfer a space of about 30 ares for administration to the Ministry of Justice. The land is owned by the Kosovo Forestry Agency, specifically by the Forestry Enterprise in Prizren, and the matter is handled by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.
Also on the agenda is a proposal to amend and supplement Government Decision No. 05/16, dated April 30, 2025, related to the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry of Digitalization, Administration and Local Government will present two items. The first concerns the approval of a Digital Capacity Building Framework, aimed at strengthening the government apparatus in this field. The second point is an initiative to sign an International Agreement with the European Union, which will enable Kosovo to join the “EU Roam Like Home” area. This agreement is a fundamental prerequisite for fully implementing EU roaming legislation.
Finally, the Ministry of Finance proposes the review of an initiative to sign a Grant Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, where the Ministry of Finance acts as representative, the ‘Termokos’ enterprise, and the European Investment Bank. The purpose of this agreement is to finance the Project for the Expansion of the Central Heating System in Prishtina.
