The identity of the blonde woman who entered the high-security prison in Peqin has been uncovered, a case that was publicly denounced by Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka.
The case of women entering and leaving Peqin prison has now been under investigation for a year by the Elbasan Prosecutor’s Office, which has obtained the registers and seized video footage along with a series of other documents.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned through sources in the prison and the Elbasan Prosecutor’s Office that the blonde woman who entered Peqin prison is A.M.
She is reported to have entered Peqin prison in April 2025, at the height of the election campaign for the May 11, 2025 parliamentary elections.
The Inspection Directorate at the General Directorate of Prisons has managed to identify the case in question and refer it to the Elbasan Prosecutor’s Office.
At the same time, the person who filmed the video inside the prison premises has also been identified, showing A.M., dressed in a black dress, being escorted by a police officer.
The person who recorded the video and later distributed it is a social educator employed at Peqin prison, against whom disciplinary proceedings have begun.
The investigation into this case is continuing, as there are suspicions and indications that A.M., on different days, met with convicts with the initials L.D. and R.Rr., who are being held in isolation at Peqin prison.
The entry into the internal premises of the high-security prison in Peqin by showbiz women with no family ties to the convicts became a serious concern during the pre-election and post-election period of May 11, 2025.
The phenomenon of women entering Albanian prisons from outside spread widely during the election period, when women from Albanian showbiz and those of foreign nationality breached prison security by entering the special rooms of convicts considered highly dangerous to society.
In Korça, Elbasan and the other aforementioned prosecutors’ offices, investigations began in July 2025, when the media also exposed the blatant case of a special meeting between life-sentenced convict Laert Haxhiu and model Z.P. from Kosovo.
According to checks carried out by journalist Elton Qyno, who also uncovered the Z.P. case, a total of 17 entry-exit procedures have been placed under investigation by various prosecutors’ offices.
Prosecutors’ offices with jurisdiction over several prisons where this phenomenon occurred are reported to have gathered documentation and questioned specific individuals about the situation.
Prison lawyers and the heads of prison police have been questioned, providing explanations about the specific cases of how the women managed to breach prison security and hold special meetings with convicts considered highly dangerous to society.
It should be recalled that the phenomenon of women entering Albanian prisons from outside was identified by the General Directorate of Prisons itself, which referred the investigative materials to the relevant prosecutors’ offices, which are now conducting investigations into several officials.
The most common way these women entered prisons for special meetings was through the use of notarized cohabitation declarations with various convicts; they also entered as legal lawyers chosen by the convicts themselves, or through documents presenting them as sociologists and psychologists.
The entry of escort girls for special meetings in Albanian prisons was repeated in many cases during the pre-election and post-election period of May 11, 2025, at a time when the country was in the throes of the election campaign.
