At the center of the clash was the case of a mother and her son with autism spectrum disorder, who were involved in an incident with tear gas. Prime Minister Rama had stated that the opposition used this mother as a shield, bringing her to Parliament to present her as a victim of law enforcement. He used harsh metaphors, saying that “the ravens and crows” pushed the woman into this situation, abusing her pain and turning her tears into media ammunition through algorithms.

Berisha did not mince words in his counter-response. He described the language used by the head of government as extremely low and labeled him a person without morals. “Listen, friends, vulgar and rotten soul!”, the former prime minister wrote in his public reaction, highlighting the severity of the rhetoric used by the other side.
