Activists in cells for 24 hours, protesters continue demanding their release: Rama and Balluku should be arrested, citizens should be freed

The march held today stopped near the Security Block, where protesters expressed their support for those arrested the previous night during the protest outside the Prime Minister’s Office, which was marked by tensions.

“You are not alone” and “Arrest Rama” were among the chants repeatedly shouted by the protesters, who called for the detainees to be released.

The citizens’ protests have continued for 95 days, while their demand remains the non-negotiable resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
